The exclusive neighbourhood of El Viso is the chosen location for the first Trocadero in the capital. A disembarkation that comes to life in the mythical Mayte Commodore, witness of great historical events and meeting place of illustrious personalities. Following in the footsteps of the rest of the Group's restaurants, our Mediterranean restaurant in Madrid stands out for its wide culinary offer. Our gastronomic proposal focuses on product-based cuisine with a markedly Mediterranean character and is seasoned with international influences. In addition to rice, fish and meat dishes, we offer traditional dishes reinvented with Asian influences and typical local creations.
