GASTRONOMY
Without betraying the essence of the Group’s restaurants, the basis of our culinary offer has a marked Mediterranean accent and seasoned with international influences. To our well-known rice, fish and meat, we add reinvented traditional dishes and regional elaborations with Asian influence.
